Resetting/Changing Passwords

To reset or change your EyeOnWater password:

  1. If you are already signed into EyeOnWater, click the Sign Out button in the upper right.
  2. Click the Forgot Password? button.
  3. Enter your user name, and click the Email Me button.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset/change your password.Note: The link in the email expires after 48 hours. If you use your email to log into EyeOnWater accounts for more than one water utility, you may receive more than one reset password email.
