There could be a few reasons why you’re unable to link additional accounts:
- Incorrect Account Number:
The system may not be able to find the account number you entered. Double-check for typos or ensure it matches the number exactly as recorded in our system. - No Smart Water Meters:
If the additional account(s) do not have smart water meters installed, linking is not currently supported for manually read meters. - Mismatched ZIP/Postal Code:
The ZIP/Postal code you entered may not match what we have in our system. Try entering the billing ZIP/Postal code associated with your account.
