There may be a few reasons why the system can’t find your account. Here are some steps you can try:
- Verify Account Number:
Ensure that the number you entered matches the account number exactly as it appears on your water bill. Include all hyphens, ampersands, plus signs (+), and decimal points (.) shown on your bill. If that does not work, try excluding some or all of these special characters. - Verify ZIP/Postal Code:
Make sure the ZIP or postal code you entered matches exactly what is in our system. - Try Using Your Billing ZIP/Postal Code:
If the previous steps do not work, try entering your billing ZIP or postal code.
Still Can’t Find Your Account?
If you are unable to create an account after trying these steps, please contact your water company directly. It’s possible that your data has not yet been entered into our system or that your water company does not offer EyeOnWater to its customers.
