Unable to Create Account

You may be unable to create an account due to the following reasons: 

  1. Incorrect Account Number:
    The account number entered may not match what is in our system. Check for typos and try including or excluding special characters such as hyphens, asterisks, or ampersands. 
  2. No Smart Water Meter:
    If your account is associated with a manually-read meter instead of a smart water meter, account creation may not be supported.
     
  3. Recent Meter Upgrade:
    If your water company recently upgraded your meter, its data may not yet be in our system. This process can take from a day to several weeks. Please check with your water company for more information. 
  4. Mismatched ZIP/Postal Code:
    Ensure the ZIP/Postal code entered matches what is in our system. Try entering only the first five digits of your ZIP code and use the billing ZIP code associated with your account. 
  5. Service Availability:
    Your water company may not offer EyeOnWater to its customers. We are unable to confirm whether your water company provides this service; please contact them directly for clarification.
