- Incorrect Account Number:
The account number entered may not match what is in our system. Check for typos and try including or excluding special characters such as hyphens, asterisks, or ampersands. - No Smart Water Meter:
If your account is associated with a manually-read meter instead of a smart water meter, account creation may not be supported.
- Recent Meter Upgrade:
If your water company recently upgraded your meter, its data may not yet be in our system. This process can take from a day to several weeks. Please check with your water company for more information. - Mismatched ZIP/Postal Code:
Ensure the ZIP/Postal code entered matches what is in our system. Try entering only the first five digits of your ZIP code and use the billing ZIP code associated with your account. - Service Availability:
Your water company may not offer EyeOnWater to its customers. We are unable to confirm whether your water company provides this service; please contact them directly for clarification.
