Delete Account

If you use one of the smartphone apps, do the following:

    1. Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner and scroll down to select Delete EyeOnWater account. This opens the Delete EyeOnWater Account dialog.

  1. Use the drop-down menu and choose a reason for deleting your account. This helps guide us in removing your leak alerts and other data.
  2. Use the drop-down menu to select the account to delete (for users with more than one EyeOnWater account, this step is essential).
  3. Enter the email address that you use to log into EyeOnWater.
  4. If desired, type a message for our support team.
  5. Tap the box to confirm that you wish to delete your account.
  6. Tap Delete My Account.

If you use the EyeOnWater web portal, send an email to EyeOnWaterFeedback@badgermeter.com. Be sure to include the username/email address that you use to log into EyeOnWater along with the account number(s) you wish to delete.

These actions will remove your email and text numbers from any active leak alerts. Your email address will also be removed from our system unless you are leaving more EyeOnWater accounts open.
