Share these instructions with your utility customer service representative (CSR) if they do not know how to associate all of your water accounts with your EyeOnWater dashboard.
For Utility CSRs:
To perform this procedure, you must be a registered BEACON AMA user with an Admin or Support role.
Before you begin, ensure that the customer already has a username and email address associated with an EyeOnWater account.
To grant or remove access to one or more accounts from a single EyeOnWater dashboard, login to BEACONama.net.
To add a user to an existing EyeOnWater account, do the following:
- From the Users page, click the Manage EOW tab.
- Enter a username or email address in the Select User box, and click Select User.
The EyeOnWater account(s) that the username or email is associated with it will be displayed in the View Account Access section.
- Use the Find Account pull-down menu and type the first three characters of the Account ID or Name of the account that you want to grant access to.
- Click the Grant access to this account button.
Repeat steps 1-4 for each account to be added to the dashboard.
To remove access to an EyeOnWater account:
- Click the Manage EOW tab.
- Enter a username or email address in the Select User box, and click Select User.
The EyeOnWater account(s) that the username or email is associated with it will be displayed in the View Account Access section.
- Click Remove Access in the View Account Access section.
- If you are sure that you want to proceed, in the popup dialog click OK.
